Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or altered. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryme.com.bd within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the product was purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the product was purchased using mobile banking or cash on delivery, we will issue a refund through bank transfer or mobile banking.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for the following products:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without the original packaging or with missing tags or labels
- Products that were purchased on sale or clearance
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
